CLASS SCHEDULE

I teach class every Monday night at 8pm at Krave Fitness in Millbury (inside Felter's Mill).
This is a smaller group class, typically about 3-5 people. Perfect when you still want some personal attention but don't want to get lost in the crowd!

DDPY classes have returned to Holy Cross and Worcester State University for the Spring 2024 semester. Classes at Holy Cross are only available to students. However, Worcester State classes are available to alumni and the community. Please click here to learn more.

For all classes, all you need is a yoga mat, water, a towel
(to wipe your sweaty face), and a positive attitude.
If you have one, a heart rate monitor will be helpful,
but it is not required.
