

What is DDPY?
DDPY was created by former pro-wrestler Diamond Dallas Page as a way to to help rehab his back after suffering an in-ring injury. Doctors told him he'd never wrestle again, but at 42 years old, his career was just getting started! DDPYOGA is designed for people who "wouldn't be caught dead" doing yoga.

DDPY is a hybrid fitness system that combines traditional yoga positions with calisthenics, sports rehab therapy, and dynamic resistance. The result is a low impact, high cardio workout. With plenty of modifications to make it easier or more challenging, DDPY meets students at their particular fitness and ability level.
